Miss Malaysia Universe especially in the 80's had invested huge money in many newspaper advertisements like the one we see below. Time has change though, as facebook has taken over as the leader in advertising beauty contests. But to me, newspaper advertisements for beauty pageants still have its charm and value for keeping purposes.
