'I was clenching everything': Terrifying moment a snake slithered up windscreen as SUV sped along highway at 65mph

By FIONA ROBERTS

It's a miracle the driver managed not to crash - let alone keep in a straight line.

A snake terrified a young mother when it suddenly appeared on her SUV's windscreen after slithering out of the engine as she drove along an expressway into Memphis, Tennessee.

Rachel Fisher said she's not usually scared by snakes but she 'was clenching everything' as she drove at 65mph with the unusual hitchhiker on board - and her three young children in the back.

Terror: The huge snake suddenly appears on Rachel Fisher's windscreen as she speeds along the expressway towards Memphis, Tennessee

As she screamed and giggled hysterically, her husband recorded the incident on his camera phone and then posted the video on YouTube, where it has gone viral in just three days.

It happened last week as Mrs Fisher drove her husband, Tony, and their three children Elizabeth, three, Judah, two and Rivers, four months, back to Memphis after visiting her parents in Cordova.

Hitching a ride: The snake slithers along the windscreen

She had been driving for about 15 minutes when her husband suddenly yelled out.

Mrs Fisher told the New York Daily News: 'My husband saw it out of the corner of his eye and did a double-take.

Frightening: The snake winds itself over the wing mirror...

...and then opens its jaws as if ready to strike

The room in a box: A crate idea that cuts moving time and storage in half

By DAILY MAIL REPORTER

There's a room in there? Casulo has everything needed to furnish a bedroom

Magicians are famous for their use of boxes, from sawing their lovely assistants in half to making themselves disappear.

But it may not take a magician or sorcery to furnish a room with just a box.

The Casulo is the brainchild of German designers Marcel Krings and Sebastian Mühlhäuser.

Thinking outside the box: You don't need tools to reassemble your furniture
The Casulo contains everything needed for a bedroom: the bed, a desk, shelves an armoire, and several units of storage.

The design duo came published the idea in 2007 in their dissertation at the Köln International School of Design in Cologne.

Calling it 'a new concept for mobile living,' they named their design Casulo, the Portuguese word for 'cocoon.'

It was designed with the goal easing the more frustrating phases of moving - time, transport and reassembling furniture.

Designers boast that it only takes seven minutes to assemble all the furniture

The developers promise that no tools are necessary for breaking down or reassembling the Casulo, making it as easy to move in as it is to move out..

From inside the box to a fully-furnished room, the job can be done in about seven minutes, as demonstrations show.

Coming together: The team behind Casulo says their design can save you time and money when you're moving into a new place

It can also store all of your bedroom furniture, in a fraction of the space.
Moving the Casulo, however, might be at least a two-person job, as each box weighs about 375 pounds.

All you need: Casulo comes with a bed, desk, shelves and storage space

But manufacturers are aiming to bring the weight down to 330 pounds.

The Casulo is not yet available in stores, but the team of Krings and Mühlhäuser is in talks to get it into production.

And voila! In just seven minutes, your new bedroom is done

Una Healy, Katherine Kelly and Kirsty Gallacher lend some celebrity glamour to Zara Phillips and Mike Tindall's wedding

By EMILY SHERIDAN

Making a statement: Singer Una Healy (left) wore a floral bandeau dress and tilted hat, while actress Katherine Kelly wore a pale pink asymmetrical number at the wedding of Zara Phillips and Mike Tindall yesterday

At the extravagant April wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton, Westminster Abbey was full of royals, heads of state and politicians.

But at the smaller scale nuptials of Zara Phillips and Mike Tindall yesterday, it was somewhat of a more glamorous guest list with stars from the world of pop, TV and sport garnering attention.

Leading the famous faces in the pews of Canongate Kirk in Edinburgh were soap star Katherine Kelly, The Saturdays' singer Una Healy and TV presenter Kirsty Gallacher.

Interesting fascinator: TV presenter Kirsty Gallacher, pictured with husband Paul Sampson, wore a multi-coloured dress, nude heels and unusual jade fascinator

And of course, there was plenty of representation from the world of sport, with both Tindall's teammates past and present and Phillips' colleagues from the riding world in attendance.

One of the first to arrive was Coronation Street actress Kelly, who went for a Seventies-look in a pale pink asymmetrical ankle-length dress by James Stewart Couture and a striking orange H'atelier hat and oversized clutch bag.

Top heavy: Irish singer Healy wore a tilted champagne hat created by Philip Treacy while Kelly opted for an eye-catching wide-brimmed orange hat with fuchsia bow by H'atelier

Kelly, 31, is an old schoolfriend of Tindall, with her parents living close to his father Phil and mother Linda in Yorkshire.

She said recently: 'I went to school in Wakefield with Mike. Our parents live in the same village and we’ve stayed really good mates.'

Going for a much sexier look was Irish singer Healy, 29, in a black floral-print bandeau dress and white and mocha peep-toe heels.

She accesorised her tight dress with an oversized saucer hat by milliner Philip Treacy, pale pink pashmina and a nude clutch.

Dapper: Healy's date was her boyfriend and Tindall's teammate Ben Foden

Healy attended with her boyfriend, Northampton Saints and England player Ben Foden - a teammate of Tindall.

Ahead of the nuptials, she wrote of her excitement at being invited on Twitter: 'Thanks to my stylists Frank Strachan and Lloyd Powell for sorting me a Philip Treacy Hat for The Royal Wedding tomorrow!

'Just about to take off for Edinburgh with Ben, really excited for the weekend.'

Well heeled: TV presenter Natalie Pinkham (left) in red, and Olympic skeleton racer Amy Williams in pale pink, both wore nude heels

Sky Sports presenter Gallacher, who wed rugby player Paul Sampson last year, found her pretty multi-coloured dress overshadowed by her unusual jade fascinator.

Gallacher has become good friends with the bride thanks to their respective spouses, who were previously teammates for Bath.

The TV presenter even became one of the lucky few to see Zara's Stewart Parvin dress before the big day.

Ready to party: England rugby player Jonny Wilkinson (left) and former England captain Lawrence Dallaglio and his wife Alice leave after the wedding

The 35-year-old said: 'Zara's so cool, she's going to look amazing, she's chosen a beautiful dress.

'Mike and Zara are brilliant together. She's so good for him, she's so chilled out and he's quite laid back as well so they fit together really nicely.

'Obviously she's really into sport and he loves the life they lead together with the horses and they've got lots of dogs so it's lovely.'

They were among scores of guests invited on board the vessel for drinks ahead of the couple's big day today.

The newlyweds looked a picture of happiness as they mingled with guests and family members - including Prince Harry and Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie.

Zara and England Rugby star Mike did not hold back expressing their clear affection for each other, posing for one last kiss in front of well-wishers following their wedding rehearsal at Edinburgh's Canonbury Kirk yesterday.

Zara, who arrived at the rehearsal wearing flip-flops, jeans and a hoodie, swiftly transformed herself in a £500 tie-dye silk dress from the U.S. label Alice and Olivia for the evening celebration - although it did reveal a white mark where he bikini top had been.

Once on board the yacht, she was spotted laughing and joking with friends - many of whom were rugby player friends of her fiancé.

Earlier, the bride had spent the day putting her own final touches in place.
