La Matriarca 1969

"A sexy widow discovers her late husband had a secret apartment where he cheated on her. Now she decides to used the same apartment to explore her own sexuality."
Here's what I now know: It's a girl who finally figures out that in order for her to enjoy sex, she needs to ride men like horses. Too much S&M for me, but if you can get through the middle third, the beginning and the end of this movie are well worth checking out. Lots of mod cool 60s sets and clothing. Goofy and weird at times. I LIKE IT!

Staring: Catherine Spaak, Jean-Louis Trintignant and Gigi Proietti
Also Known As (AKA): La matriarca Italy (original title) Änka i trosor Sweden
Diastrofes tou erota Greece Huckepack West GermanyL'amour à cheval France Nuoren lesken eroottiset seikkailut FinlandThe Libertine USA The Matriarch International (English title) Una viuda desenfrenada Spain

Movie Clip in original Italian with Japanese subtitles. This sounds SO MUCH better than the English dubbed version I saw! The dubbing was good enough, but the quality of the voices made it sillier than it really is. The Italian is the way to go (if you can speak Italian or can get it subtitled in your language).

Great soundtrack by Armando Trovajoli

Snicksnack-Snuckelchen

Jayne Mansfield bist kein Snicksnack-Snuckelchen!

But poor little me is becoming a little seasick here watching this. Those big waves are all over the place. Don't say I didn't warn you.
