Stephanie Vincent from Melaka is still sitting on top of PAGEANTIsland's chart for Miss Universe Malaysia 2012 crown.. I do not see anyone else can come closer to her standard. The other contenders could be from Penang (2 girls) and 4 others from KL, 1 from sarawak. Lets see if PAGEANTIsland's list would change later next week!.
