Amy Louise Jackson (born January 31, 1991)is an English film actress and model who rose to fame after winning the beauty pageant, Miss Teen World 2008. Born and brought up Knowsley, Liverpool, Jackson made her film debut in the 2010 Tamil film, Madrasapattinam, a period drama set in 1947.
Jackson is from the Isle of Man and is the daughter of BBC Radio presenter, Alan Jackson. After winning the Miss Teen Liverpool and Miss Teen Great Britain pageants, after several attempts around the country, including Leeds where she was not placed, she was crowned Miss Teen World 2008 when she was seventeen years old.
